God is very patient. But I believe that Lee's evilness surpassed the sins of all other UBF leaders together, and it lasted for over 40 years. Maybe God dealt with him in a way that he himself frightened others with, or it was a reply to his audacious words "If I did anything wrong, then God will punish me" in the year 2001, challenging and tempting God. Yes, God is very patient, and he usually does not deal with people on a tit-for-tat basis, punishing every sin immediately. But the Bible does also say: "Do not be deceived: God cannot be mocked. A man reaps what he sows." I would try to understand Lee's death (if we are to understand things like this at all) of his own teachings. Please read this summary of Lee's horror stories in this context. Also, there had been another fire accident in his life (mentioned in the pro "UBF history" booklet), when Lee was a young man. Lee himself had interpreted that accident as a serious warning to himself by God that he had to repent. 40 years later, he was in the same situation. Many people had asked him to repent. He did not listen but asserted his self-righteousness.

Concerning Miss Barry, Ron Ward, and the others, I do not wish them anything bad. Even after I left, my wife and I prayed every evening for all these people to come into the light. I wished they repented so they could be righteous before God and all the human issues and struggles could be settled. Unfortunately they have hardened their hearts.
