It's not necessarily a bad thing that 99% of your leadership is Korean. There are many good and qualified Korean Christians (and Christians of other nationalities). Korean (mainstream, non-UBF) Christianity has admirable qualities. Unfortunately, as I look at this list, most of the Koreans I see could fit the description given in http://www.voy.com/60734/8435.html. And the small handful of non-Koreans are those who were under the direct manipulation of Sam Lee for many years.
