Hey, Mr. Karcher, how's the comm going? Anything that Mr. Fisk did communicate with you to clear up the issue?
Have you given him sufficient answers yet?
Could you convince him of the good nature of UBF?
Shouldn't be too hard for a spiritual giant such as yourself to tell him that UBF only has the best intentions and never made a mistake?
