I wasn't around in the days of Dr. Lee, although I've written messages based on his original sermons. I'm now in the process of leaving UBF, and I can tell you that it's not a good environment. As a college student, they tempted me with a community of kindness, but within a couple years, started pressuring me to have a "housechurch" and to become a "shepherd". In the end, all I got from UBF was a lot of guilt (because I wasn't performing to my "shepherd's" and congregation's expectations). I even went to a conference where people were protesting the forced abortions of the past, where I was told there was not truth behind their accusations. I will be posting more information after I discuss this with some people on the support list of rsqubf.
