... is how I would like to call this. I have no doubt that Chang in Bonn - who had been in the German headlines for child neglect and beatings - is now in charge for "education of children." This is obviously his new business, not only in UBF, but on a larger scale. He is already advertizing outside of UBF, in Korean newspaper, for this business of reeducation of children in terms of Korean values and obedience. And he probably get a lot of money for reeducating one child. The Bonn UBF orchestra serves as a "marketing platform." Chang already has his own homepage for that new business. Interesting, he does not mention the name UBF - maybe he knows that the bad reputation of UBF would detract from the business. Deception, again.
