There will always be opposition to change. People will ask "who are you to tell us we need to do things differently.

You are right, but you can achieve a lot if you simply do things differently, if you serve others and if you have a lot of love. You cannot expect that others will listen to you if you simply go there and the first thing you do is teach them that they need to do everything differently.

Trying to change others is not the first task of a Christian, only UBF made us believe it is. If we live a real Christian life, we automatically influence and often even change others, but we shouldn't always have this as our main goal in our minds I think.
