Some things that are left out by the Toledo UBF spokesperson: The NAE is not in the habit of terminating members due to "breakdowns in communication" or "misunderstandings". The fact of the matter is that what he calls a "breakdown in communication" was actually "a refusal on UBF's part to cooperate," which only served to lend credence to the "allegations" against UBF in the petition, something that the NAE could not ignore. (BTW, the petition just listed some of the facts about UBF, the negative reputation that it had developed that the NAE had not been aware of "for nearly 10 years" but could not now ignore;
there were really no "allegations" there.) The number, credibility and seriousness of the allegations against UBF (apart from petition), which UBF did not bother to refute, did also play a significant role in the NAE's decision to kick UBF out.

BTW, I have also communicated directly with Kyle Fisk.

P.S. What happened to the Toledo UBF spokesperson's previous statements to the effect that "he does not need to be shocked that UBF was kicked out of the NAE, a mere human organization with problems of its own?"
