Hi Tony,

That is a fair conclusion, but it also has to be put into context.

To me, it just seems the ubfleaders are trying to camoflague their mindset/agenda these days, they have not changed anything. They are now responding to enormous exposure that they are finally getting. But I don't think their agenda has changed at all. They have just made a tactical shift, and they need to do this in order to preserve what little they have left. Look at PChang Bonn. He has re-invented himself as a musical education business. He and his minions deny they have anything to do with ubf.

The Ku Klux Klan is still operating in America. Their ideology is still based on hate and racism, exactly the same as before. Now they had to severely change their tactics as the word about them got out and people have reacted firmly. For example, the KKK people cannot disclose in public that they are KKK because they will be fired from their job and nobody will stand up for them. I think ubf leaders have a similar dilemma. They have created so many adversaries, and they have so much to be ashamed of, they cannot behave exactly as before (but have preserved their agenda and mindset without any change) But at the critcal junctures, the ubfleaders do not respond in a Christian manner, they respond in a worldly way. They are not concerned about the cause of Christ, they are most concerned about themselves. They are willing to sacrifice anything to preserve themselves. EE Chang Woo was willing to lose half of his ubf business empire to preserve his position as sole owner of ubf. John Jun withdrewubf from KCEN rather than make amends with reformubfKoreans. ubf in America would rather get expelled from the NAE than make a pledge of good faith and come out of their darkness.

It is great that ubf is not what it used to be, but at the same time it is still exactly what it used to be. For many years they would set up shop somewhere, mess up a bunch of people, and then move on to the next group of recruits. Now, there is a permanent record about ubf on the internet. Many recruits are using these resources to save themselves from wasting many years of their life in ubf.

I was somewhat surprised by the release of a so-called media statement. It shows a sophisticated level of deception. They use several techniques: the outright denial, the half truths, the introduction of other points while never addressing any of the points of the report, WE need to respond to that letter. For example, ubfKorea withdrew from the one outside group they were in, which is called KCEN, and the ubf is against all other churches and seminaries. ubf is not in with the genreal Christian community. There was a Canadian kid who said one ubfKorean left God's work and chose the easy way by going to a seminary. ubf does not 'regularly' give money to anyone, never has.

We have alot more work to do. There are so many who worked against hate and racism fro 100 years, but the KKK and many groups still ply their trade not just in America but in England, Germany, South America. The ubf is a Korean phenomena that can be best decribed as a never changing abusive cult group. I think even though Korea has been changing in many ways, ubf has not been changing. They are the not the old ubf in some superficial ways, but they are still the same old ubf. Thanks and God bless.
