Jaime tumbles to the floor, still wrapped tightly in his blanket. A note on a piece of starch white paper lofts to the ground, it reads:* Dear Kind People of the Orphanage, This is my son, Jaime. He is good, and coot. I kant take care of him. He needs a good home, whar he can turn into sumthan. Plees, find him a good home, and don't never tell him abot me intil he is old enuf to understand y I left him. I love him. Signed, His Mama *Jaime stretches his delacate hands from their confidements amoung the wraps of cloth, and opens his mouth wide. From his pink lips, sound is drawn.
