I have always been active in the social work/medical social work profession. Beyond my job, I have spoken at community meetings to rally folks to the need for clinics in their neighborhood; the need for drug treatment facilities and mental health services. Primarily for twenty years I was beyond active in the AIDS education and treatment field. Organizers can certainly address other fields but medical related issues were always my field of some expertise.
