by religion unless we've had an athiest in office that I'm not aware of.
Even though we say there's a separation of church and state, most Presidents have sworn in on a Bible.
Our money says "In God We Trust" and I think a lot of the buildings in DC reflect God in some way by the quotes that adorn those buildings. I can't name specific ones but I know I've seen some.
Until maybe this time when we get a Muslim in the office, I think Christianity, in whatever denomination, has run this country since its beginnings.
