Subject: Love your board. Listen, I have an inconvenient truth. Polls showing popular vote rankings are ridiculous. Yet news channels love them.

They tell us Obama or Clinton would beat McCain by 46 to 44 percent, etc. etc. etc. Not necessarily actual numbers, but just giving them here to make a point.

Well guess what.

That type of information is useless.

I should know.

I won the popular vote.

But they wouldn't let me take office.

Until the news channels give a state-by-state breakdown as to how the ELECTOTRAL votes might play out, their information isn't worth diddly-squatt.

Incidentally, I watched the debate last night.

DREADFUL job by the ABC moderators.

Such garbage questions, particularly in the first half of the debate. What a waste of time.

I think qualified college interns would have done a far better job.

The business of tying questions to the Constitution was well-meaning but really not what voters deserved to hear.

I am so glad that through my efforts the Internet was invented so that we could all have intelligent discourse such as this.

Oh yes, I saw the misspellings of two great singers, Sam Cooke and Marvin Gaye.

Surely you people jest, right?

Well, Mr. Gore. If it's really you, I'll jump out a window. Don't care for your environment and Internet crap, but agree about electoral votes. 1 out of 3 ain't good. (NT)IDLHThu, April 17, 2008 10:15:03
Al, you should have run this year. With your incredible charisma and excitement, no one would have ever even considered Hillary Sniper or Barack Hussein. We need you NOW! Tears for the country now that McCain will be our next president. Hail to the chaff! (NT)We can only wishTue, May 06, 2008 2:16:27
