Author: doris [ Next Thread | Previous Thread | Next Message | Previous Message ] Date Posted: Wed, May 21, 2008 9:02:01 In reply to: doris 's message, "my first visit in a few days, looks like this place is really animated!" on Wed, May 21, 2008 8:53:22 this was terrible news. and for any of you who keep bringing up that girl who died with him in that crash, all the evidence showed he did everything he could to save her. he tried his best to get help. it was just an unfortunjate accident, he was not drunk, and he has gotten a bad rap. the many should have been president but people will not forgive. so we got horrible republicans like nixon and reagen and the two bushes. thank god we had carter and clinton for 14 years. some people on the other board (i would never go there even if i got the passkey) wish ted kennedy dead. that is terrible. would you like it if people in your family were sick and people wished them dead? it is not right. but there are mean=spiried people there, more so than here. ted kennedy is one of the greatest senators this country has ever known. he devoted his life to his country against insurmountable odds. he survrived a plane crash, did you know that? how many people do you know like that? he reached out to the little people. a great great man. may he make a full recovery. i wish the same to arnold spector, another senator who has cancer. i read he once had brain cancer to. i heard he is related to phil spector but maybe that's not true. i don't agree with arlen's views but i hope he makes a full recovery, and the samre goes for ted kennedy.
