Considering he was incarcerated and tortured, It would not be a surprise if he has a mental health report which indicates behaviour which one would totally expect from his experiences but might be misunderstood.

The revelation of such records should make food for thought with regards to Guantanamo brought about by a Republican administration.

I doubt he would win in November anyway so his future health should be a non-issue.
