hoi,
ik ben een teovallige voorbijganger... Ik denk ook dat een leidster bso de taken van de ouder(s) opneemt en kijkt naar de opvoeding, verzorging en aandacht dat het kind nodig heeft, alles is in het verlengde van thuis met extra's. Je drinkt, na schooltijd, wat samen, je vraagt hoe de dag was, je helpt mee met dingen, je gaat buiten spelen en je houdt nauw contact met de ouders/verzorgers. Ook heb je als taak dat je nauw contact hebt met de scholen en clubs en andere instanties soms. Het is een heel gevarieerd beroep met heel veel mogelijkheden, ook omdat je met zoveel verschillende leeftijden zit, het is anders als een horizontale groep!
