I have been in pageants all my life i am now 24 and a judge and i think parents live there high school years still through this sport.. Let your kids do this and Enyjoy it . Its about more than who has what. I put my self through a&m and have a 4 year marketing deg. I didnt get that by not been a team player ... My mom was there & we had so many friends in are pageant life . she was the best. Mom always said Its Ok You Did Your Best And There Will Be A Next Time.My mom & dad spent the money not becouse thay wanted every one to know there daughter was the queen but becouse i loved it and it was my pasion.Now I modle and live in a large city i have a good job and owe it to my mom and dad .
