[:a young girl ambled over to the stall, a slow smile spreading across the tanned contenance. her blonde hair was pulled back into a tight braid and hung low behind her back. hello girl. i'll take you out to the pasture if you like? she picks up the lead line outside her stall and a halter. talking softly to the mare, she slipped the hlater over her head and clipped the leather lead on. who is your owner. . . glancing at the stall name she added. Winter? waiting for her reaction to to the halter and rope. a throughbred mare pranced in on slender legs. tossing the elegant head and the tuliped ears pricked forward alerting atop the regal-like skull. silken tail lashed across taut hind 'quarters. finely tuned muscles rippled beneath the tightly woven, chestnut pelt. a whicker poured from the whiskery nose, a greeting to the other female.
