She says, "Now always hold onto the reins and don't pull to hard you could hurt their mouths I didn't put a beginner bridle on Flame because I don't own one so just be careful. She will let you know if you pull to hard because she will probably throw you off." she laughs, "don't worry all beginners fall. I even get thrown every now and then now it is common just get back on."
