.. she always had her riding gear in the arena store room so she ran to get it, including a helmet since it was her first time riding him . she glanced out the door at the stud trying to size up a girth for him and then grabbed one and came back .. 'Ready to do some work?' .. she smiled and put on the saddle and girth and then went around front of him and lifted each leg carefully to stretch the skin out beneath the girth so that he didn't get sores from it pinching . she then warmed up his bit in her hands and put on the bridle, stuck the helmet on her head and led him into the middle of the ring .. 'We'll warm up in here and then hed next door to do some jumping! How's that!?' .. excitedly she snapped the helmet strap closed and tightened his girth one more notch and tested the stirrup to make sure he'd stand still as she got up ..
