Subject: Nuclear Legacy and The International Title

A Video Package is shown showing Vic Vegas in his early days in The Pheonix Promotion as Diesel powerbombing his way to stardom. It shows him holding The Six Man Tag Team Titles and the injury that knocked him out of wrestling at Shockwave. It shows him at Shockwave the following year powerbombing the hell out of everyone. And shows him powerbombing Nuclear Legacy week after week. The package fades out and the camera switches ot the arena

No One Knows by Queens of The Stong Age ROARS over the PA as Vic Vegas walks out. The Crowd screams as he comes out and raises his hand skyward. He walks to the ring, steps over the top rope and is handed a microphone.

Vic: Hey Yo.

Vic: That was a cute little video package they showed of me and my career. I was Diesel here all those years ago and am acknowledged as Pheonix Masters' only bad idea so far. but when I came back I came back with a Vengence with one idea in mind, to elevate myself higher than I'd ever been before.

Vic: And I had an opportunity to do so at Seasons Beatings against Nightmare but I Failed. Nightmare walked away with The World Heavyweight Title. And on our first Blaze back I got a match against Nuclear Legacy for The International Title. Not only that it's a chance to put to rest an issue that's been brewing between us for a long time. Cause peopel ask me, Vic why did you pick on Nuclear Legacy so much when you first got back. Why were you jacknifing him every week on TV. Why Vic Why? Simple question right? And the Simple answer is

Vic: I don't like you Nuclear Legacy! Your a mark. You're a Nobody. Your clothes suck, Your catchphrases suck, and quite frankly you'll never be anything more than Ensign Pheonix's sidekick. And I took it upon myself to rid The Pheonix Promotion of your ilk. So every week I came out here and jacknifed you, waiting for a perfect opportunity to show the world how much you suck and then last week you got lucky and pinned Icon and now you have a belt around your waist. And come Blaze your belt will belong to ME!

Vic: But I'm not all (Imitating Legacy)"I am Nuclear Legacy And I'm going to destroy you the Atomic Age is here prepare fo total domination!" (Normal Voice) Blah Blah Blah! So I'm in favor of a little fun, let's examine your last few promos. First off Nightmare didn't "hurt me" he knocked me unconcious to hold on to his belt. Cause If I was hurt I wouldn't be standing here perched to kick your ass and become the NEW International Chizamp.

Vic: Finally I think you said some stuff about how you were gonna hurt me an destroy me and the thought of destroying me filled you with such pleasure that you put your hand down your pants and...Dude seriously, you got issues and I think you need some counseling. How are you gonna destroy me when I'm better than you?
