Subject: searching for a poem

I am looking for a poem....I don not know the name of it or the author, only a few lines of the poem.

I love you without knowing how,or why, or from where
I love you straight forwardly, without complexities, or pride
So, I love you this way because I know of no other way then this
So close, that your hand on my chest is my hand. So close that when you close your eyes , I fall asleep
