Subject: My Father's "Dash"!

My Father "passed" last week at 90 years of age, after living the most wretched existence I've ever seen! He had a good heart and was a good soul, but lifelong depression took it's toll. He was a decorated combat vetern, fighting hand-to hand in New Guinea and The Phillipine Islands, but could not cope with day to day living. We held a memorial service at our home with family and friends, lead by a very kind Rabbi who recited The Dash Poem. We were all "touched" and I just wanted to say "thank you" to the author of those beautiful, true words! The "truth" is the "truth"!
