His paws seemed loud, despite their near silence on the path, the Earth muffling their sound. Had they all left? It had been awhile since he had seen hide or hair of any wolf from Camelot, and that included his queen. Thought's ran like water through the wolf's head, as he neared the garden. Green eyes softened slightly, perhaps sad. This was where he had first met her. Well. After joining here. He supposed that's when it had started. A rogue-ish smile slipped it's was up hhis maw, as he thought of her, a soft wave touched his plume. Or was that the wind? One couldn't tell these days. He had heard vaguely of a war, yet there being no one around, he wasn't sure.

An ear twitched, and his pelt of mottled brown grey black and white fur, perhaps a tint of red showing through shook, as he continued his dog-trot through the garden. Pausing beside a rather large boulder, strong limbs propelled him to the top, where after scrambling for balance, he easily sat, taking his rest. Panting lightly, for the days were hardly cool, green eyes took in his surroundings, watching waiting. Perhaps there was life here after all...but then again, perhaps not.
