People seem to think that Watcher rank is for people who have only HTML or website skills. I want to rule this out! The Watcher's main rule is not to know html but is more like a clan leadership & communication rank.

I only do the website due being the webmaster before taking on the role as Alpha Team or Watcher. Its become my part of me!

Well true role of watcher: Senior Leaders After Founder but still at the call of the council demands. We sort of middle men between the council & founder with a little more responsiblities. When founder is away a watcher will step in for tempoary leadership of clan.

For those who watched buffy the Vamp Killer (SOrry if this offends Non-CHristian or anti-god religons)! there was a watcher for the first two series watching over the little slayer (TpS Members). Takes the heart out of the meaning now!
