The phrase, "I have no idea who did it" was just meant as a sort of "Who the hell would rank these like this? They were drunk", etc. etc. I apologize for my super-vague word choices which evidently made me look confused and bewildered as to who could have constructed such an intellectually challenged list of the top fifty cartoon characters of all time. I am sorry for any misunderstanding.
