I suspect, actually, that a lot of our Representatives would approve "Metal Vent Day." Let's just say, strange things are a-happening up on Capitol Hill.

Little known fact: The Schoolhouse Rock song "I'm Just A Bill" was actually about a bill to make "Boil on the Bum" day official. Really. I swear. (okay, not really).
