Hi,

I guess it is not the right place for asking my question but I tried freebsd-questions@FreeBSD.ORG address and I get and error message.

I work with FreeBSD 4.2 OS and recently I bought a Max Drive tool from vendor Maxell. It is a device like hard drive that can store up to 32 MB of data. It is very practicle.

I type on my computer usbdrv or something like that and that tell wich device are connected to the computer. I can see clearly that my max drive is connected to my computer and that the os can see it. The Heck is that I don't know how acces to this device directly like 'mdir a: ' do for a floppy disk. Is there any device file that I have to mount in a new directory such a /MaxDrive for instance if so what is the file that I have to mount from /dev? Is there already a command that I have to know to access to the Max Drive? Do I have to download something from web site to make this work? If so, where is the web site?

Do I have to write a specific command line in the /etc/usbconf file? That the file where all drivers are declare such as mouse and other peripherics?

Thanks very much for an answer.
