Great Holiday in B.C.

Hello everyone and welcome to the New Year!

LiveJive and I just had two great weeks visiting my family out in Victoria, B.C. It was my first visit home in seven years, and my first time home for the Christmas holidays in 26 years. Needless to say, my Mom was happy.

We had a great time. It was our first big trip together so we held hands on the plane when it had a shakey landing. Oh so romantic! Saw some amazing forests with hundreds of salmon spawning and being scavengered upon by thousands of sea gulls and some mighty bald eagles. So great to see the majesty of the wilderness.

There are 700 people attending the methadone clinic and attending pharmacy in Victoria. That's a pretty big community of meth patients, eh? We weren't even tempted to taste the local wares even though we knew there was lots of good cheap heroin all around. Pat on the back to both of us.

Hope your holidays went well. I'm not a big Christmas person but it sure was great to be clean. Really enjoyed myself for a change. Peace and love, DoneZone
