Its a good point but whats the answer? Watch the temps very closely when the wing anti ice is turned off again and you'll see a sudden increase in the rate of cooling and reduction in rpm. Its noticable from the uniform decrease resulting from bringing the thrust levers back to idle. Maybe its my imagination but I'm sure you can see it. If thats not the case then the only other option is to allow the engines to stabilize back at idle then switch the ice off which is fine if you have lots of time. However, some captians like to go very fast (not naming any names)
