`An unhuman wail rises from the lower areas of the small town. It sounded somewhat like a child, but shrill, painful and hurting. Several yips emerge from an otherwise quiet vicinity; a rather corner tucked away between the buildings. Afraid to leave, afraid to stay, the captive circles the corner many time, laying down and getting up. It's distinct black and white coloring is a musty grey from soot and dirt. Sneezing, the infant curls tightly, a smal stub of a tail hiding it's nose. Misty azure eyes gaze at a corner, unblinking, unhoping.
