Please Please buddy needs your help:

buddy is my sister in laws green parrott she was forced to leave behind because of circumstances beyond her control she had buddy bought for her from a girl whom she helped out alot and cared for and loved buddy for over a year and the girl who bought him for her out of spite decided she was going to keep the bird even though she herself is allergic to it and I have been there since to help my sister in law get a few things and buddy lives and sleeps in his own filth he is also not being fed please please dont let this poor bird die this way the girl who has him works alot and also owns a dog she hardly has time for any way please contact me at 394-6157 for where to go to help this poor bird.
