Wow, defensive! I would just like to clarify some things here.
#1: I was saying they were really busy and might not have time for e-mail.
#2: They have a hard enough time finding people to help them with the animals (walking, bathing, feeding etc.) let alone someone to help with the internet.
#3: I understand that the internet is easier but I was also saying that if you didn't hear back right away you could have went in person or in your case phoned in. They usually answer and if not they always return messages.
#4: They do background checks in the computer, I know they did when I got my dog.
#5: I'm not saying you don't know what your getting yourself into with a dog, I meant with that particular dog.
#6: I never once said that you implied they were not doing their best. I was simply letting the girls know how I felt I have helped at many different and they are all unbelievably busy.
#7: I would suggest contacting the Pit Bull Rescue and giving them your information so if an all white one does come along they can call you.
#8: I live an hour and 20 minutes away!
I didn't realize my previous message was going to be taken so hard and I do apoligize that it was. I was simply trying to inform you of what happens there and some suggestions on how to prevent you situation from happening again. I also didn't think it was fare what you said to the girls, something along the lines of being really upset and saying it was their fault and she could have gone to a better home etc. That is why I mentioned not blaming them. There job is hard enough as it is without the worry of having made the wrong decision. After this message I hope you understand the meaning behind it.
