Subject: She'd worked a full shift at Rory's and hadn't gotten back to her place to bring Tyke out until around now - she hated closing, and she hated working altogether. The brindle dane strained ahead on the nylon leash until the girl got fed up and gave the "heel" command. The wind tossed her blonde hair right out of the french braid it had been woven into, a pair of jean shorts for once, revealing lengths of long leg, a white knit sweater with a hood cut an inch or so above her belt buckle. The beach this time of night comforted a restless soul - she'd live right on the sand if she could.
