Subject: There's a place off Ocean Avenue where I used to sit and talk to you - we were both sixteen and it felt so right, sleepin' all day, stayin' up all night..

He knew that with things going on with Leah and Luke that his Kenzi would be feeling a little inadequate - she hadn't said as much but he knew it would be so, so he'd left a note in her apartment for her to come out here and meet him, and he'd brought a blanket and a bottle of wine, and was waiting patiently. A canvas hoodie in charcoal covered his thick torso, a white t shirt peering out beneath, a pair of stone washed, bootcut jeans hung low on his narrow hips, a pair of Docs finishing it out - his dark hair was touseled as usual. He sat on the blanket, one leg stretched out, his back against a boulder, a kerosene lamp sat beside him.
