Subject: Finally he just sat down at the desk and started working through the piles of paperwork, his brow furrowed heavily as he tried to focus on that and not think about her. Usually he would just drown his thoughts in the pleasure a woman could bring him but it wasn't like he was going to go out and pick one up while she was down there - even he wasn't that stupid.

  • He made his way back in a short while later - unsure quite what to do or say. Everyone knew what had happened with Mia and Austin, and she hadn't even said anything about it - it was just so obvious. And what else was obvious was that their reunion hadn't gone as smoothly as he had hoped it would. Clearly his son wasn't as skilled at woo'ing and he had been in his younger years.
