Subject: No matter what he did or said, she would always be there at the end of the day to take care of him in whatever way she could. It didn't matter what happened because she loved him more than anything else, and she would never stop. She just sighed softly and worked away at the papers until she was done, then put everything away quietly and flipped off the desk lamp. Padding softly over to the couch, she lowered herself to the edge and ran a hand slowly down his arm, leaning down to press a warm, lingering kiss to his pulse, voice soft in his ear and her lips lightly brushing his lobe as she spoke. "Baby..."

Every single day, every word you say
Every game you play, every night you stay
I'll be watching you
Oh, can't you see, you belong to me
My poor heart aches
With every step you take

  • He sighed softly, his eyes fluttering as he just gently pulled her down to lay with him - not having the energy or the motivation to move at that point. His arm wrapped tightly around her, his eyes sliding shut again as he his his face into her neck as if he could hide from all of his problems there in the sanctity of his embrace. He didn't really even have the energy to hug her tightly, instead just wrapped his arms loosly around her and shifted a bit on the couch. He knew he shouldn't have eaten so much at the diner - it only served to make him feel more ill but there was nothing he could do now but deal with it. That was all he ever really did - just dealt with things.... (NT) -- Austin, 11:19:21 11/08/04 Mon
