Subject: How to start a peom on the web

I would like to know how to start putting peoms on the web
My mothers boyfreind just fell 20 feet working on cable and
know he is paralyzed from the waste down and he now needs something to do with his time so he dont have time to think about what has happen to him. Please let me know if there is any contest or anything out there that can help him take time off of his hands.
