Classic Moments In Time Productions is proud to announce
The 1st Annual Miss North Carolina's Heartland Pageant
to be held on August 30, 2003 in Wayne County, North Carolina (Location to be Announced).

The North Carolina's Heartland Pageant is now seeking delegates from across the state of North Carolina and at large to be contestants in the 1st Annual Pageant. Each delegate will receive a crown, banner, and the local/county title that they will represent in the pageant! Each preliminary winner will have the opportunity to represent their communities during the year. The North Carolina's Heartland Winners will have the opportunity to compete at the Little Miss NC State Scholarship Pageant and win up to $10,000 in scholarships!
Age Divisions:
Baby (0-24 Months) Little (8-11 Years)
Mini (25 Months-4 Years)Junior (12-14 Years)
Tiny (5 - 7 Years) Teen (15-17 Years)
Miss (18-24 Years) Mrs. (20 & Up, Married)

Mandatory Competition: Beauty, Sportswear, Most Beautiful, Best Dress, Best Model
Optionals: Talent, Swimwear, and Photogenic.

Our Overall Majestic North Carolina's Heartland Winner will receive $1,000.00 Cash with 36 or more contestants or $500.00 Cash with 35 or less contestants!
