That's too much of a collapse. Fouling out three starters put us in a bad position at the end. Is Laagerson still on the team? I would've expected to see him get a few minutes by now. Not convinced that the WAC will be any tougher than the Sunbelt or Southland after all the teams move around. Still, I am really jealous of the teams that are moving on from our conference. Don't be too surprised when Lamar leaves as well. Remember, they did it once before in the 80s, when they were trying to be independent in football. It looks like we can expect a mass infusion of Lone Star Conference D-II schools into the SLC over the next few years. Yes, the arena is taking shape. Also, the old locker rooms were renovated the last few weeks. Once the new arena is open, we will have lots of the infrastructure in place that was absent during the Neinas report in 2005.
