OK so someone hands us the keys to a nice sports car and says "you've been a good friend, borrow these wheels for a weekend or however long you want". And then we whine because it's not our favorite brand of car?

We should be thankful that the department is taking strides and spending money to upgrade it. The administration has gone so long without nice facilities but managed to run a clean, classy program that continues to win. This will only help that. The school is overdue for this sort of thing in my opinion and Spaniolo should be admired and congratulated for stepping up and doing this.

No matter how you crunch the numbers, football didn't work back then, and it's an expensive trip back into uncertain waters now.

Time to quit whining and get on the bandwagon. "Football or nothing" is gonna get us nowhere.
