this was discovered by Nina. I miss hearing my babyz too. i've never heard my forever baby'z voice *tear, tear* so i'm going to try this ASAP. the middle one is the one you use for sound

I have XP and you have to turn the sound in your game off. I've never heard my babyz

I have babyz and windows XP. ok, my first tip is that you go to general options and uncheck "babyz sounds on," and it should work. for those who want it with sounds and are willing to reformat their computer, they may download a program called "partition magic" I believe, which can be downloaded from Kazaa. They will need help from someone experienced, in my case, my older brother {19} helped me. what it does is that it splits the computer making one part windows XP and another part windows 98, me, whatever. or, it could be split into three parts.. etc. you have to install XP and the other format in the computer though. keep in mind that you have to backup everything or lose it, and get permission from a parent; otherwise, you'll be in HUGE trouble! I've done this and i can hear my babyz. i know it's confusing, but it's worth it! :) {I'm not responsible for any wrongdoings} --Nina


As babyz isn't compatible with windows xp to get it to work you need to put a baby in the adopted babyz folder and start the game up, then go to options>>general options and deselect babyz sounds and babyz will work fine! you may from time to time put the sounds back on to hear your babyz but if the sounds are on too long the game will crash.
