Subject: Help! (yes, again... :O)

Here are some questions that I've asked before, but no response, so I'm asking again! C'mon, I know there are SOME smart out there! :O)
Anyway, I've been hexing like crazy because all of a sudden it's so fun to me! lol!

First pic: See that black spot on the middle section of the hat? How do i get rid of them??
Second pic: How do I change the end of the sleeves to the dark brown color?
Third pic: How do I get rid of the devil horns to make a headband?
