i'm so sorry melissa i tried to look for you but by the time you had called my cell phone, the floor was utterly PACKED with sweaty people.

ok. i'm going to follow jenna's outline here and expand a little more where i see fit. *nod* ;)

1. ASS-SHAKING - i felt like i was a ten year old teeny all over again. *shakes head* he's got a toight butt, yesh toight. 0_0 it was intermittent and random but none the less funny as hell.

2. CHRISTOPHER JOANNOU - yes. yes j, my dear, chris was gorgeous. and so was ben. they're the only two that can get away with not shaving. daniel needs to shave the amish beard...lol

3. ACROSS THE NIGHT - "Dedicated to all the LADIES!" -*tear* that was unexpected...but that song was done so amazingly well, i almost CRYED. man, i am the uber dork.

3a. ANA'S SONG- now this one i actually did cry. it started off as just daniel with his acoustic, and it started out really slow and melodic. then ben and chris, and sam of course, joined in to make it one of THE best versions of that song i have EVER heard.

4. THE ENCORE - GAH! the lever and asylum. fooking amazing. (i sound like a broken record, eh?) we were jumping around and screaming out the lyrics...was sooo good to see so many other people doing the same thing after years of not being near any other chair fans.

5. THAT FUCKING KID - *shakes head* ok. first off. yes, i do have a mouth of my own on me, but i don't call people bitches, sluts, whores and 'fat motherfuckers' for being in my way at a freaking concert. that's just unnesacery and immature. i was perfectly polite to the kid but he just wouldn't shut up. so i told him that the next word that came out of his mouth that was degrading in the slightest, i'd pop him one. he didn't talk to jenna or i the rest of the night. *nod* after we got pulled out of the pit, we saw him wandering the back of the venue...looks like mr. i'm so freaking pissed i couldn't get closer than three feet away, got pulled out before we did. *snicker*

6. THE PIT - i've been in some pretty violent pits before in the local hardcore shows i attend weekly at home, but this pit was REFRICKINGDICULOUS. we were fine with the opening band...what was it j, red west or something like that (they sounded kind of like matchbox twenty o_0), but as soon as our boys stepped on stage, it was a fight for your life situation, and i'm not kidding!! i went to the show with a fever, and a horrible head cold/SARS (ok maybe not SARS but some really bad respritory infection) and i kept getting pushed up against the people in front of me SO HARD i literally couldn't breathe! j and i stayed in the pit until after WUYS and then we had the big hulking security guards pull us out. i took a whole bunch of pictures (the whole roll actually..lol) while we were still in the pit and about 6 ft away from our boys so i hope they come out...

7. DANIEL'S VOCALS - hooooly shite, loves. we all know what a wonderful range this one has but until you hear it live, you haven't heard anything yet! you should have seen j and i at the hostel, crowded around the recycling bin with our ashtray and the speaker, just listening in awe to the interview..lol...at the show, we still couldn't believe just how AWESOME his voice is. i only *wish* that i had that boy's range.

8. ME, AT THE MOMENT - meh. i'm ok...i'm still coughing up my poor lungs but i'll survive methinks. robitussin is my freind. *pets bottle* my precioussssssss.... i didn't go to sleep until 5am because marky's roomates got in really late last night and made a lot of noise. i ended up staying with him the night because he didn't want me going home so sick. that boy...*shakes head*

all and all yesterday was FUCKING AMAZING. thank's to marky's...em...charm with the ladies, we got to the very front of the line with these two girls who had been there since 2 in the afternoon. (we got there at around 6:30...and hour and a half before the doors opened.) and this is after ducci got us lost in downtown toronto for about an hour...he did live there for six months, yet he had no clue where the venue was...meh. *shrugs* we got there in one piece.

i'll write more when i actually get some sleep.
