Subject: Guess what I heard on the radio today?

No, no, it wasn't Luv Your Life, The Greatest View, or Without You. It was the same old song they always play here - Tomorrow - but I have to tell you - it made my day all the same and what was better is now I know that my favorite D. J. on this particular station which is the only one I've ever heard Silverchair on, likes Silverchair. He's seen them live at the House of Blues and he said that they're awesome live. Of course, we knew that, but anyhoo, so I couldn't wait to get home from work so's I could email him and ask him how come they never play anything but Tomorrow. So I just went to their website and I couldn't find an email addy for him, but one of the other D. J.'s had his email addy, so I sent it to him via the other d. j. So, hopefully, they'll start playing more updated Silverchair here. I can dream. (I even told him he could borrow my cd's if he needs to.)

You should have heard them talking about Daniel and his problems. The d. j. didn't even know Daniel's name. He kept calling him Christian something or other...and his sidekick said, no, his name's Daniel Johns; Christian is one of the other band members. They were even talking about his reactive arthritis and his eating disorder.

I wanted to call them up so bad (I was on my way to work and I didn't know their phone #). It was so strange hearing these guys that I hear every morning talking about our guys.

Anyhoo, just thought I'd share.
