Subject: silverchair and the arias

They won Best Rock Album & Best Group, as well as the channel [v] award! I was a little bit disappointed they didn't win Album of the year, but nevermind they won some awards :)

Unfortunately I didn't see the channel [v] bit cos we don't have pay tv, but it was a good night. It was a good live performance of The Greatest View, the band seem so stoked to be playing. I think they got a standing ovation as well if I remember rightly. Paul mac was on keys, who also won an award. At the beginning Dan seemed to be stomping his leg really hard and I think he was just really into it. Ben was smiling away and Rove talked about his tatts. You could see the one on his right shoulder when he was playing. Chris thanked the LAS and Dan thanked everyone who had sent him get well cards. I can't remember right now what Ben said. Anyway it was a great arias, and they were quite focussed on the chair which was good.

They all seemed really happy to be playing again, so hopefully Dan will recover soon and they can pay full shows.
