Subject: more cool stuff! silverchair live @ tye wireless on jjj for album launch!!!

damn there's awesome stuff going on at the moment! ok i got an email form triple j, and they're having silvechair do a live set on 1st april, and they're gonna be on for 1.5 hours and theyre gonna play new stuff n old stuff and jjj will put on new album tracks non live too! and we can email/fax/phone questions!! aargh im getting excited again :) i know what im doin easter monday

Silverchair Worldwide Album Launch Live & Exclusive to Triple J!


Silverchair s fourth album Diorama is due for release on Easter Monday. To coincide with this release, Triple J is inviting you be the first to hear the band s new material live!

On Monday 1st of April from 7:00pm 8:30pm, Silverchair will launch Diorama with a special Live at The Wireless from the studios of Triple J.

Most album launches are only open to music industry insiders but this launch is going to be open to everybody. Fans will be able to listen live on Triple Jand/or share theexperience on the internet as the band play two sets and spin some other songs off the album. Fans will also be able to ask Silverchair questions via phone, fax and email."

The event will be hosted by Super Request s Rosie Beaton. Rosie will also play tracks selected by Silverchair, and join the Triple J audience in quizzing Ben, Chris and Daniel about their first new album in over three years - Diorama .

The performance and chat will be broadcast live around the nation on Triple J between 7:00pm 8:30pm Eastern Standard Time. The performance will also be streamed on Triple J s website:

Triple J is also giving a few lucky listeners the chance to be there with Silverchair in the studio for this special Live at The Wireless Performance. This will be an intimate affair with the audience numbers strictly limited. Triple J will give 40 people the chance to attend the album launch including 1 winner and a friend flying in from each state in Australia to attend the event in Sydney.
