I can bring this to light, I think. Essentially, it's what they called Machismo before they called it Machismo, and for the note, Waster was called Life on Mars.
As for what Lynched in Dahab means, I am not 100% sure, though the "Dahab" bit seems to me like the way these "West-side" people, or whatever, say "DUB!!!". Some kind of "hip" phrase in the world of rap-type people. I dunno. But that's why it's on the side anyway.
