Need urgent help!" on 18:42:25 01/15/02 Tue Either way youre gonna to need a high-quality (NOT windows default) sound recorder. Check in the software package that came with your sound card, there should be one in there. Sert it up so it records at a high quality (44kHz 16bit stereo, or if it gives a bitrate 150k+). Record as a wave file. Then download a wave-to-mp3 converter and justconvert it. Either way, windows sound recorder will NOT be satisfactory. And for the tape, look at the connections on the back of your tape deck. im guessing a 'two phono jack plugs to a 3.5mm stereo plug' lead is what youre after (explain to the guys in the store if you need to buy one what you wanna connect up).
