Date Posted: 18:09:44 04/02/02 Tue In reply to: Gazaridis 's message, "Re: Similar to Radiohead!!..c'mon read this" on 09:56:18 04/02/02 Tue c'mon man. they do have very similar features. you're right, they do both have bass (as do most songs) but the bass lines are practically identical which is whay they're being compared. also, i don't know how gomez haven't been sued yet for the blatant rip-off of brass monkey by the beastie boys. i expected it to say on the single credits that they sampled it, but they didn't (at least not legitimatly). i'd say the beasties record label either haven't heard the track or they're too rich and lazy to do anything about it. take nothing away from shot shot though, it is excellent in it's own right.
