i think international woman's day is a bad idea. i think it promotes prejudicial views against men. it's like that advertisement that was on t.v a while ago for a woman's deodorant where the slogan for it was "not just strong, as strong as a woman". that's fair enough, but can you imagine the outrage it would cause if there was an ad for a man's deodorant with the slogan "not just strong, as strong as a man". all the feminists out there would go mental. don't get me wrong here, i am in no way sexist, i respect women very much and i'm all for equal rights etc, but i think a day like this does nothing to promote equality. what say you all on this delicate topic?
